The Pueblo of Santa Ana is looking to fill the following position
regular/full time:
Department of Natural Resources
Director Tribal Historic Preservation Office
Directs and manages the day to day operations of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office. Responsible for funding acquisition, management of THPO budget, report preparation, and management of THPO staff. Serves as the primary point of contact for state and federal agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in archaeology or related field or Bachelors Degree in archaeology or related field and 5 years’ experience working directly with indigenous people. Successful completion of a background investigation required. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
