Opening: Anthropology Laboratory and Collections Manager and Instructor in Museum Studies

Luther College seeks a qualified individual for the full-time (1.0 FTE) position of Anthropology Laboratory and Collections Manager and Instructor in Museum Studies. Position is responsible for training and supervising undergraduate work study students, managing Luther’s Archaeological, Ethnographic and Numismatic collections, directing daily laboratory operations and budget, developing and implementing an outreach program, and planning and installing exhibits of materials from the Luther College collections. Manager will ensure compliance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The position will include teaching one course annually in the Museum Studies program, including Introduction to Museum Studies and Collections Management.
