Govs. Andrew Cuomo and Chris Christie have turned to Washington for help in finishing the fiscally strapped and shamefully stalled underground 9/11 museum at the new World Trade Center.
Good luck with that — for how likely is it that Congress will ever agree to fund such an extravagant, if heartfelt, undertaking.
So here’s a modest proposal.
